Hi all fans of Broken Sword 2.5,

I agree with any good comments made about this game and I think that the team should be congratulated on the outcome of the game and the English Voice Pack.

I posted that the English Voice pack would be out on 18th October 2010.
Then we heard that the team needed another week because someone was sick? and many of you started to winge and give negative comments about the delay again.
The last time that I looked at the comments in this forum was 24th October 2010.
Today is the first time that I could get on the computer and get back to this forum as I was very sick with the flu for 14 days (people do get sick) and found out that the English voice pack was finished.
The English voice pack is great and it should stop all the wingers and complainers from making bad and rude comments.
But as sure as life goes on mark my words some people will still have something to complain about regarding this voice pack.

I think that every one that plays this game should just get on with it an be thankful that it is finished and it was free.
If you don't like the outcome then keep your rude comments to your selves.

I also agree that users coal-goat and The Talking Goat should be banned from this forum as there comments are very rude and offensive.

Also to Sebastian Nisi alias TOOMS, Daniel Queteschiner and Sarunas Ledas for all there input.

Sorry, there is no option to configure this.
You may open the English language pack (use Winrar, 7zip or similar program) go to the speech folder there and rename the folder "en" to "it".

Is there a way to choose the voice language seperatly from the subtitles language ?

I'd like to set english voices + french subtitles.

But I can only have german voices + french subtitles or english voices + english subtitles... =/

The game looks perfect guys well done. Im just really having trouble getting the voice pack into the game ive tried everything, i followed the instructions but still cant get english voice in the game any1 help thanks.

Please extract the patch. Afterwards copy its included files to the game's folder. While doing this you will be prompted to overwrite existing files. Go ahead! If you don't get a prompt, you did something wrong, because the patch files definitely replace existing files. Please ask a family member or a friend for help if you're not sure how to extract and move files on your computer. Good luck!

English speech is totally great! However speech and subtitles should be chosen separately. :) I would love to play with Polish subtitles and English speech.

if someone wants to play game with polish subtitles and english voices here is the simple solution:

1. Install the game and then install multilingual patch with english voices,
2. Using winzip (or winrar, total commander etc.) open lang_en.b25c (this is zip file with b25c extension),
3. Inside speech folder there is another folder named en, rename it to pl and save changes in lang_en.b25c ,
4. now run the game, go to options and and set language to polish - that`s all! From now voices in the game will be in english with polish subtitles.

Did you extract the voicepack to the game folder on your hard disk? And did you change the language in the game settings?
