Stuck in paris

Hi im currently in paris and stuck after the hotel ubu part. I can t go to rue jarry anymore cause thats the national march fest. i have really no idea what to do whith those clown blocking me away from rue jarry.

at the national march fest you see that kid with the balloon ? Something in your inventory will help you to explode the balloon...
