Where to get 3 euros for ice-cream?

I'm in the park and the ice-cream man says I need to give him 3 euros for the ice-cream. I've checked the fountain but the coins are not euros. Went into Nico's apartment and can't find any money either.
Btw, I've typed in the password to Nico's computer and got some information, but it doesn't seem to help me much. I don't have any new venue open for me in the map. I'm stuck at this point, can someone clue me in on what to do next?

AFAIK they are in the newspaper you got from the flower lady - just rightclick on it.
